When you book a stay at Petal & Plate, you're not just reserving a room; you're entering into an agreement for curated luxury. We require a valid credit card to secure all online bookings. But did you know our concierge team can also assist with bespoke arrangements before you even arrive?

Final payment for the duration of your stay is typically processed upon check-in, unless otherwise specified in high-season promotions. We're committed to ensuring your experience starts seamlessly from the moment you click 'Reserve'.

Life happens. Plans change. We understand that. However, as a boutique destination, cancellations significantly impact our operations. How do we balance flexibility with fairness?

• Hotel Suites: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival incur a one-night room charge plus applicable taxes.
• Gourmet Dining: Table reservations for parties over six require a 24-hour notice for cancellation to avoid a fixed no-show fee of $25 per guest.
• Spa & Wellness: Wellness appointments must be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a 50% service charge.

Special event bookings and group blocks of 5+ rooms follow specific contractual terms outlined at the time of the deposit.

At Petal & Plate, our concierge fees are transparent and communicated prior to booking external travel services. While we vet all our partners meticulously, Petal & Plate serves as an agent and cannot be held liable for third-party delays or cancellations.
